General

What is this platform?

A white-label learning management and community platform. It combines courses, live coaching, a community feed, daily prompts, and a store — all in one mobile-first app.

How do I navigate the app?

The bottom navigation bar has five sections: Home, Learn, Store, Community, and Profile. Tap any section to jump to it.

Do I need to install anything?

No app store download is required. The app is a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can add it to your home screen directly from your browser — see the Getting Started guide for instructions.


Account & Access

How do I log in?

Tap Sign In on the launch screen. Enter your email and password, then tap Log In.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password. Enter your email address and you'll receive a password reset link.

Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes. Your account and data sync automatically across all devices.


Store & Purchases

What is the Store?

The Store is where you browse and purchase offerings — courses, coaching packages, memberships, or token bundles. It is accessible from the bottom navigation bar.

What are the Browse and My Access tabs?

  • Browse shows all available offerings you can purchase
  • My Access shows all offerings you've already purchased and what content they grant you

How do I see what I have access to?

Open the Store and tap the My Access tab to see all your active purchases and what's included in each.

What are tokens?

Tokens are the currency for booking 1:1 coaching calls. Each booking uses one token. Your current token balance is shown on your Profile page. Tokens cannot be refunded or transferred.


Courses & Learning

How do I access my courses?

Tap Learn in the bottom navigation. All courses and content vault items you have access to are listed there.

Can I download videos to watch offline?

Yes. On any lesson with a video, tap the download icon to save it for offline viewing. You can also tap Download Course on the course detail page to download all lessons at once.

Downloaded videos are stored for up to 30 days and re-validated periodically against your access.

How do I resume a course?

The app automatically tracks your progress. Open the course and it will highlight where you left off, or you can tap any lesson directly.


Community

How do I post in the community?

Open Community, tap the + or New Post button, write your message, optionally attach an image, choose a category, and tap Post.

Note: Posts may require admin approval before they appear publicly, depending on community settings.

How do I join a live group event?

Group events appear in the Community feed. Tap the event card to view details, then tap Join when the event goes live. You'll also receive push notifications 24 hours, 1 hour, and 15 minutes before the event starts.


Appointments & Coaching Calls

How do I book a 1:1 coaching call?

  1. Go to Appointments (from Home or Profile)
  2. Select an available time slot
  3. Confirm the booking — this uses one token

You'll receive reminder notifications before the call. At call time, tap the notification or open the appointment to join the live video room.

What video technology is used for calls?

All 1:1 coaching calls and group events use LiveKit for real-time video.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Yes. You may cancel or reschedule a booking once. Contact support if you need further assistance.


Notifications

How do I enable push notifications?

When you first open the app, you'll be prompted to allow notifications. If you declined, go to your browser or device settings to enable them for the app.

What kinds of notifications will I receive?

  • Event reminders — 24 hours, 1 hour, and 15 minutes before a scheduled call or event
  • Daily prompts — delivered at your local time each day
  • Social notifications — when someone likes or comments on your post, or when an admin posts in your community
  • Booking notifications — confirmations, cancellations, and reschedule notices

Where can I view my notification history?

Tap the bell icon in the app to see recent notifications, then tap View All to see your complete notification history.
