Getting Started Guide
Welcome! This guide walks you through the key sections of the app so you can get up and running quickly.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A modern mobile browser (Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android) or a desktop browser
- Your login credentials (email and password provided at sign-up)
- Push notifications enabled for the best experience
Step 1: Install the App
The app is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — no app store required.
On iPhone (Safari):
- Open Safari and go to your app URL
- Tap the Share button (box with arrow)
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
- Tap Add in the top-right corner
On Android (Chrome):
- Open Chrome and go to your app URL
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
- Tap Add to Home screen
- Tap Add
On Desktop (Chrome or Edge):
- Go to your app URL
- Look for the install icon in the address bar
- Click Install
Step 2: Log In
- Open the app and tap Sign In
- Enter your email address and password
- Tap Log In
If you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password on the login screen to receive a reset link by email.
Step 3: Explore the Navigation
The bottom navigation bar has five sections:
Home
Your personal dashboard. Shows your current streak, today's prompt, and quick-access cards for recent activity.
Learn
All your courses and content vault items. Tap any course to open it and resume where you left off. You can also download lessons for offline viewing — see Offline Video Downloads below.
Store
Browse available offerings (courses, memberships, coaching packages) or switch to the My Access tab to see everything you've already purchased.
Community
Posts, updates, and group events from your community. Tap a post to like it, leave a comment, or view the full thread. Group coaching events with live video appear here.
Profile
View your account details, token balance, transaction history, and notification settings.
Step 4: Key Features
Offline Video Downloads
You can download course videos to watch offline — useful when you don't have a reliable internet connection.
- Open a course in Learn
- Tap the download icon next to any lesson, or tap Download Course at the top to batch-download all lessons
- Downloaded lessons show a checkmark and play locally even without internet
Downloaded videos are stored for up to 30 days. After that, they are re-validated against your access. If your access is still active, the download stays available.
Store — Browse & My Access
The Store has two tabs:
- Browse — See all available offerings. Tap any offering to view details and purchase options.
- My Access — See all offerings you've purchased and what's currently active.
Tokens
Tokens are used to book 1:1 coaching calls. Your current token balance is shown on your Profile page. Tokens are purchased through the Store as part of an offering.
Notifications
Tap the bell icon to view recent notifications — community activity, booking confirmations, event reminders, and daily prompts. Tap View All to see your full notification history.
Booking Appointments
If your plan includes 1:1 coaching:
- Go to Appointments (accessible from Home or Profile)
- Select an available time slot
- Confirm the booking (this uses one token)
Your call will join automatically via a live video room powered by LiveKit. You'll receive reminder notifications 24 hours, 1 hour, and 15 minutes before the call.
